In less than two years Ryan generated over $20 million in annual revenue, encompassing the energy, agricultural and metals markets, introducing a new commodities-based clientele to the firm as well as strengthening on-going financial-based relationships through an extensive marketing program.

In 2001, as a board member of the Futures Industry Association, he was asked to chair the Futures and Options Expo—the largest industry conference of its kind.
